Orders ship from inside the US, and most arrive in three to seven business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $75. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout before you pay — no surprises on the last screen.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Send it back unused and in its original packaging, and start the return from your order confirmation email.
My order arrived damaged.
Email us with a photo of the piece and the box it came in. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — you won't need to argue for it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can still change the address, swap a size, or cancel it outright.
Will this fit my room?
Send a photo of the space and your measurements. We'd rather talk you out of the wrong piece than process the return.
